Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy

This Policy describes how Oraye Ltd, trading as Reiye ("Reiye", "we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies, local storage, session storage and similar browser technologies on www.reiye.com.

These technologies are used for:

• authentication;
• remembering user actions and preferences;
• maintaining Platform functionality; and
• optional Usage Analytics, where the user has chosen to allow it.

The term "cookies and similar technologies" includes localStorage and sessionStorage, which are browser-based storage technologies used to remember information on your device.

Some browser storage is required for Reiye to operate or to provide functionality requested by users. These technologies do not require consent where they are genuinely necessary for authentication or requested Platform functionality.

Note: raye_browse_filters is a legacy technical storage name and relates to Reiye's current browse functionality.

Reiye uses optional Usage Analytics to understand how people use the Platform, measure performance and improve the service.

If the visitor selects Allow analytics, Reiye may collect information about interactions with the Platform such as:

• page and BusinessProfile interactions;
• Platform sessions;
• session duration;
• booking-link clicks;
• the type of external destination selected, such as booking website, Instagram, website or TikTok;
• event timestamps;
• an analytics session identifier; and
• the user's internal Reiye user ID where they are signed in.

Reiye uses Base44's built-in analytics service for this functionality.

Reiye's custom analytics events do not intentionally send:

• names;
• email addresses;
• phone numbers;
• review text;
• review photos; or
• full external destination URLs.

Usage Analytics is not anonymous because logged-in analytics may contain an internal user ID.

base44_analytics_session_id is not created when analytics has not been allowed.

Where Usage Analytics has been allowed, Base44 may send Platform analytics events including:

• an initialisation/page-load event;
• heartbeat/activity events while the Platform is being used;
• session-duration events; and
• Reiye's provider_booking_click event when a user selects an external booking or business link.

Analytics events may include:

• an analytics session ID;
• an internal user ID where signed in;
• page/path information;
• timestamp;
• session duration where relevant; and
• limited properties relevant to the interaction.

When a new visitor has not made a choice:

• Usage Analytics remains OFF;
• Base44 analytics is disabled;
• no analytics session ID is created;
• automatic analytics events are not sent; and
• custom analytics events are not sent.

The two available choices are:

Users can change their analytics choice at any time using:

• Privacy Choices in the website footer; and
• the privacy/analytics control in Account Settings for signed-in users.

If a user disables Usage Analytics:

• the preference changes to declined;
• the existing base44_analytics_session_id is removed;
• further optional analytics is disabled; and
• Reiye's core functionality continues normally.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Reiye currently uses Google Sign-In for authentication.

When a user signs in with Google, they are redirected through Google's authentication service.

Google may use its own cookies and similar technologies on Google-controlled domains for purposes including:

• maintaining the Google account session;
• authentication;
• security; and
• Google consent preferences.

These Google technologies are controlled by Google and subject to Google's own privacy information.

Reiye does not currently use:

• Google Analytics;
• Google Tag Manager;
• Meta/Facebook Pixel;
• TikTok Pixel;
• Hotjar;
• Microsoft Clarity;
• Mixpanel;
• Segment;
• Amplitude;
• PostHog;
• behavioural advertising;
• remarketing;
• advertising cookies; or
• personalised advertising tracking.

If Reiye introduces new analytics, advertising or tracking technologies in future, the Policy and consent controls will be reviewed and updated as required.

BusinessProfiles may contain links to:

• external booking platforms;
• business websites;
• Instagram;
• TikTok; and
• other social-media or external services.

Once a user leaves Reiye, those external services may use their own cookies or tracking technologies.

Reiye does not control technologies used by third-party websites and users should review the relevant third party's privacy information.

Reiye currently uses:

Browsers may allow users to inspect, block or delete cookies and browser storage.

Removing Reiye authentication storage may:

• sign the user out; or
• prevent some Platform functionality from working correctly.

Optional Usage Analytics should preferably be managed through Reiye's Privacy Choices control rather than requiring users to clear all browser storage.

Reiye may update this Policy if:

• Platform functionality changes;
• technologies change;
• new service providers are introduced;
• analytics functionality changes; or
• applicable legal/regulatory requirements change.
